Join me for private yoga and meditation sessions, where I am ready to help you relax, breathe and develop your practice. Yoga and meditation help you find inner peace and reset your nervous system through connecting with the breath and your body. When you connect with yourself you find it easier to connect with the world around you and improve your health, wellbeing and relationships.

Yoga for those returning to yoga

I am a Private Yoga and Meditation Instructor offering private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions to help you start showing up for yourself on the mat again.

I offer sessions online and in the comfort of your own home in Great Chesterford, Saffron Walden.

Thrive as the best mum you can be

I am also a coach who helps mums of young children leave burnout and exhaustion behind, to find themselves again and thrive in motherhood. I use all the modalities I am trained in to bring you back to the centre of your world so you can be the best mum you can be for your child/children.

I am a qualified Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, a qualified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation Teacher, a certified Personal Trainer. I also have a Masters degree in Nutrition and am a qualified Science Teacher.
