As we develop our own yoga and meditation practice, it inspires us to connect with our own inner light and can awaken parts of us that had been buried within us.

Why Claire?
Claire believes deeply in the power of yoga and meditation, having practised yoga for over 20 years and meditated for over 13 years.
Yoga and meditation have helped Claire through trauma, major life changes and other challenges over the years. Claire completed a 200 hours Yoga Alliance approved certification to qualify to teach. Claire teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with a focus on slowing down the breath and moving the body in a way that feels good.
Claire is passionate about helping women manage anxiety and reset their nervous systems to thrive through yoga and meditation. You deserve to find your inner calm and enjoy your life knowing you have the tools to cope with all the ups and downs along the way.
What services does Claire offer?
Claire offers private 1:1 and small group Yoga and Meditation sessions in a safe, body positive space. As well as stress-relief sessions.
Sessions are suitable for beginners, for all body sizes and will be tailored according to your unique needs.
You get to feel calm, peaceful and centred.

Private 1:1 Yoga & Meditation sessions to find calm
Sessions are created to work on your specific goals and needs, for example, finding calm, resetting your nervous system or improving posture.
Each session will include breath work, asanas (physical postures) and meditation.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
A mat, blanket and props will be provided in my peaceful home studio in Buntingford. Can also be online.
Sessions are offered as blocks of either 5 or 10 sessions. You can also book a one-off session if you’d prefer.

Small Group 2:1 or 3:1 Yoga & Meditation sessions – 60 minutes
2:1 or 3:1 Private Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga Class in a body positive safe space.
Classes are created to work on your specific goals and needs, for example, finding calm or improving posture.
Each session will include breath work, asanas (physical postures) and meditation.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners. Great for family and friends.
Mats, blankets and props provided in my cosy home studio in Buntingford. Can also be online.

Private 1:1 Stress relief sessions to find your calm
Claire provides a safe space for you to relax and de-stress through breath work and meditation practices.
These sessions help you re-connect with yourself, reset your nervous system and equip you with tools to manage your anxiety in your every day life. Sessions will be tailored according to your unique needs, desires and goals.
Sessions are offered as blocks of either 5 or 10 sessions. You can also book a one-off session if you’d prefer.
